The Watch

Founded by one of French tennis's greatest legends, Lacoste has cemented its status as the ambassador of sport-chic style. Its timepieces stand out for their clean, contemporary design - and the Boston 2011347 watch is no exception. This elegant chronograph features a stainless steel case in silver with a refined alternation of brushed and polished finishes. The round case measures 42 mm in diameter and 10.50 mm in thickness, including the flat mineral crystal, with the full case weighing 126 g. Above it sits a streamlined bezel with a black aluminum insert marked with a tachymeter scale. At 3 o'clock, a knurled crown stamped with the brand's crocodile sets the hour and minute hands, flanked by pushers at 2 and 4 o'clock for operating the chronograph complication. The whole is protected by a snap-back case offering 5 ATM water resistance.

The Dial

The dial of this watch is clean, legible, and packed with practical features. Its black face is enhanced by a circular brushed finish. The inner bezel features a finely detailed minute track complemented by rectangular green markers at each hour. These are pointed to by baton indexes in a rich silver tone. Like the hour and minute hands, these indexes are treated with luminescence for easy reading in low-light conditions. The hands are joined by a green seconds hand for the central chronograph seconds. This useful complication is represented by a 24-hour counter at 3 o'clock and a 30-minute totalizer at 6 o'clock. The sub-dial at 9 o'clock displays small seconds on a black snailed background with white markings, consistent with the other sub-dials. Finally, the brand places its iconic crocodile at 12 o'clock and signs its name just below 6 o'clock.

The Bracelet

This watch features a high-quality stainless steel bracelet that adds a sophisticated touch. Built with brushed H-link rows connected by polished bevels, it has a 21 mm lug width and fastens with a push-button deployment clasp.

Water Resistance

This model offers 5 ATM water resistance, equivalent to 50 m. Beautifully crafted to turn heads, it can certainly hold its own against the elements. You can wear it in the shower, though the Ocarat team recommends setting it aside on the edge of the sink to preserve its brilliance and integrity over time. As for swimming and diving, we strongly advise against it - you'll risk damaging the watch and facing repair costs.
