The Watch

Schaumburg Watches designs tell captivating stories - from history to nature. The SteamPunk II watch takes you somewhere you've never been: deep into the Industrial Revolution, surrounded by factories, tools, noise, and smoke. It creates a world entirely its own. To bring this vision to life, this timepiece features a 42mm steel case finished with a dark blue ion plating. It has a faceted blue-toned crown at three o'clock and a stunning sapphire crystal over the dial. On the back, the transparent screw-down case back is also finished to preserve that period aesthetic. This watch offers water resistance of 5 atmospheres.

The Dial

Inside the dial, a first ring takes shape along its edges. It frames eleven round gold indices as well as the maison's name between 12 and 2 o'clock. These same indices are mirrored in depth between the dial base and the crystal, offset like a shadow. The main dial features a deep blue background with touches of brown rust. This patinated base creates an aged effect, complete with scratches, holes, and rivets. The gear visible between 3 and 4 o'clock instantly evokes factories, coal, and steam. At center, a violet-toned wheel carries the two hour and minute hands - shaped like worn, painted, and rusted tools from the Industrial Revolution. This dial will send you on a journey through time.

The Movement

A mechanical movement powers this watch. The German maison's SW-07.1 caliber features an Incabloc anti-shock system and an oscillation frequency of 18,000 vibrations per hour, ensuring lasting durability and precision.

The Strap

The strap on this watch is crafted from leather in a rich blue hue. The leather has been treated through a patina process - a technique that selectively fades the material to produce nuanced color variations using brushes or sponges. This strap was entirely hand-crafted by Schaumburg Watches. Delicate stitching defines the lug area, and a pin buckle at the other end ensures a secure, easy-to-adjust fit.

Water Resistance

With water resistance of 50 meters - or 5 ATM in standard watchmaking terms - this timepiece can handle splashes and the occasional shower, but should not be exposed to water for extended periods. While you can wear it under the shower from time to time, our watch specialists strongly recommend keeping it away from H2O in the bath, pool, or sea to preserve the quality and accuracy of the movement. In short: no swimming, no diving, and no prolonged contact or immersion.
