The Watch

Casio introduces its latest model, the Blue G-Squad Watch GBD-200-2ER, from the G-Squad collection. An exceptionally tough watch built to keep up with every activity, it sports a dark blue octagonal resin case measuring 49.4 mm tall, 45.9 mm wide, and 15 mm thick. Versatile enough for everyday wear, it adds a sporty, on-trend edge to any outfit. Weighing just 58 grams, it stays out of your way during training. Four pushers positioned around the case let you access and adjust all functions - each one labeled directly on the bezel framing the dial. A mineral crystal protects the dial against everyday shocks and scratches. Finally, this watch is water resistant to 20 ATM, or 200 meters.

The Dial

To match the rest of the watch, the dial features an octagonal shape. It is fully digital with a black screen that displays all the information you need. The lower section shows the time, minutes, day, date, and month. The upper section highlights the watch's various functions, such as the step counter. This watch is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing seamless data exchange with your phone. The brand signs the model with its logo and the G-Squad collection name at 12 o'clock.

• 1/100s Stopwatch - 100 Hours: Measures elapsed time with 1/100th-of-a-second precision for up to 100 hours. An audible signal confirms the start and stop of the stopwatch.
• 100-Lap Memory: This memory stores lap times, split times, and timestamps for later review. Each data block includes the following information: date, elapsed time, lap time, and split times. The memory can hold up to 100 data blocks.
• 5 Countdowns - 1/1 sec - 60 Minutes (with Auto-Repeat):
  This model features five independent countdown timers that sound an alert when the set time expires, then automatically restart from the preset time. The maximum measurable duration is 60 minutes.
• 4 Daily Alarms: An audible alarm reminds you of your commitments every day at the programmed time. This model features four independent alarms so you can keep track of your most important appointments with total flexibility.
• Snooze Function: Every time you dismiss the alarm, it goes off again a few minutes later.
• Vibration Alarm: The vibration alarm discreetly reminds you of important appointments without making a sound.
  
• Button Beep On/Off: The button beep can be turned off using the mode button. Once disabled, no sound plays when switching between functions. Any programmed alarms or countdowns remain active even after the button beep is turned off.
• Find My Phone: Misplaced your smartphone? Simply press a button on the watch and your phone will sound an alarm.
  
• Battery: The battery in this model has a lifespan of approximately 2 years, with an accuracy of roughly +/- 15 seconds per month.

The Strap

Casio fitted this watch with a resin strap to deliver maximum comfort and durability - so nothing holds you back during any movement. It comes in blue for a clean, monochromatic look.

Water Resistance

With a water resistance of 20 atmospheres, equivalent to 200 meters, this model qualifies without hesitation as a dive watch. Our watchmaking experts agree: while it handles showers, baths, lap swimming, freediving, and recreational scuba with ease, it is not designed for extreme deep-sea diving where pressure would exceed its water resistance rating. For professional divers pushing depth limits, we recommend models rated at 30 atmospheres and above. We also advise against operating the pushers or crown while in the water, to maintain a perfect seal.
