The Watch

The Scanwatch 2 Black delivers exceptional attention to detail and flawless finishing while offering medical-grade health monitoring. This edition introduces continuous body temperature tracking - a first for Withings. The watch features a classic round case crafted in silver stainless steel, with a brushed finish on the sides and a polished finish along the lines. Solid and durable, it measures 42 mm in diameter and weighs 53 g, projecting a distinctly elegant, style-forward look. On top sits a stunning flat sapphire crystal for superior scratch resistance. At 3 o'clock, the grooved crown serves as the navigation button for the clean Health Sense interface - it includes a push-button and adjusts the hour and minute hands. On the right side, a single slot houses the barometric altimeter for tracking floors climbed. The solid caseback delivers 5 ATM water resistance and houses the biometric sensors.

The Dial

The dial is as charming as it is functional. It showcases a rich black with a sunray finish that catches the light on the silver baton hour markers. A minute track runs along the outer edge. Two silver, luminescent baton hands ensure clear readability even in the dark. At 6 o'clock, a black sub-dial with an elegant snail finish displays your daily activity progress. At 12 o'clock, a circular OLED Grayscale screen measuring 0.63 inches with a resolution of 14,504 px, 282 PPI delivers bright, perfectly legible secondary display information. The brand's signature at 3 o'clock adds the perfect finishing touch.

The Movement

This edition is powered by an electronic movement rechargeable via its magnetic charging cable. It delivers a 30-day battery life under normal use and reaches a full charge in just 2 hours. High-performing, it drives both the hands and all the watch's smart features.

The Strap

The case is complemented by a sleek FKM (fluoroelastomer) strap in black. Comfortable against the wrist, it is flexible and keeps the watch light and easy to wear. Interchangeable and minimalist in design, it pairs effortlessly with any look and complements the dial beautifully. It measures 20 mm at the lug width and features a silver stainless steel ardillon buckle for a secure fit.

Water Resistance

With 50-meter water resistance - or 5 ATM in watchmaking terms - this timepiece can handle splashes without issue, but isn't built for prolonged water exposure. The occasional shower is fine, but to keep the movement performing at its best for years to come, our watch specialists strongly recommend keeping it away from baths, pools, and the sea. In short: no swimming, no diving, no extended water contact.
