One of the world's leading watchmakers, the iconic Casio brand never stops impressing with timepieces that are as beautiful as they are functional - defined by their versatility. Its Edifice line reimagines traditional watchmaking with a touch of cutting-edge technology, delivering sophisticated, feature-rich models. Step up your style game with the stunning Authentic Sport Chronograph EFR-574D-1AVUEF watch - a bold statement of elegance that's ready for every occasion. Combining sporty flair with refined sophistication, it's the timepiece that works as hard as you do. With its round case crafted in stainless steel, it weighs 146 g and is perfectly sized for men's wrists. Protected by a mineral crystal, it measures 47.50 mm in length, 42.30 mm in diameter, and 11.40 mm in thickness. The bezel features a tachymeter scale, and the case houses a screw-down crown at 3 o'clock. Crown-protected, it lets you set the hands and windows with ease, while the chronograph is operated via the two push buttons flanking it. Finally, the screw-down case back ensures water resistance up to 10 ATM.
The dial of this watch features a round shape with a matte black background. It delivers a refined look while offering optimal time readability. At the center, two gray hands coated with Neobrite luminous treatment sweep smoothly to indicate hours and minutes in both bright and low-light conditions. They are complemented by a small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. The dial perimeter features a minute track and twelve baton-style hour markers for quick time reading. A 12-hour subdial is positioned at 9 o'clock, and a 60-minute subdial sits just below 12 o'clock. The chronograph's 60 seconds are tracked by a slim yellow central hand. You'll also notice two windows at 3 o'clock, topped by the collection name - one displaying the date and the other the day. Below these, the brand places its name as a signature, along with the water resistance rating and the movement origin at 6 o'clock.
The case houses the Casio 5226 caliber, a reliable and high-performing movement for precise timekeeping. This Japanese-made quartz movement is powered by a SR927W battery with a lifespan of 5 years. It drives the hands, windows, and subdials smoothly, ensuring accurate display of hours, minutes, seconds, date, and day, as well as all chronograph functions.
This watch comes fitted with a stainless steel bracelet that ensures comfortable, all-day wear. It features three rows of brushed links that elegantly frame the wrist. It fits wrists between 150 and 205 mm in circumference. The triple folding clasp with push buttons keeps your timepiece securely in place while making it easy to put on and take off.
This model offers water resistance up to 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters - meaning it's genuinely water-resistant. This sporty timepiece is ready to join you wherever the water takes you. From puddles to the swimming pool, it handles splashes and submersions without complaint. Showers, baths, and recreational swimming? No problem. That said, our Ocarat watch experts want to be clear: while water-resistant, this model is not suited for diving (professional or recreational) and should be kept away from high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend avoiding use of the crown or push buttons while the watch is submerged.
