Seiko stands for watchmaking excellence - an iconic Japanese brand that continues to captivate the world with its unique and consistently elegant creations. With over 140 years of history, it has masterfully blended tradition and innovation to produce timepieces that are as precise as they are beautiful. Seiko is recognized for crafting superior-quality watches using groundbreaking technologies, with legendary collections such as the Seiko 5, Prospex, and Grand Seiko showcasing the brand's remarkable versatility. Each model strikes a perfect balance between design, functionality, and ergonomics, while premium materials ensure durability, shock resistance, and undeniable style. Discover this stunning Dual Time watch from the Astron collection. It features a silver-toned case crafted entirely from brushed titanium. The round case measures 42 mm in diameter and 12.40 mm in thickness - dimensions that are ideal for men's wrists. The case is topped with a flat sapphire crystal featuring a Super Clear coating, providing reliable protection against external shocks. Built for travel and expeditions, this model adapts to a wide range of conditions. On the right side of the case, a crown and two pushers give smooth access to the setting of the hands, counters, and date window. The time zone can be changed at the push of a button by connecting to the GPS satellite network via solar energy. Finally, the watch is fitted with a screw-down caseback offering a water resistance of 10 ATM.
The round dial features a striking blue hue with a brushed finish. At its center, two hands display the hours and minutes, while a seconds hand marks the chronograph seconds. These hands, along with the three-dimensional indexes beneath them, are coated with Lumibrite for excellent legibility in low-light conditions. These indicators also sweep around the minute track and graduation on the dial's perimeter, which features 28 city markers from around the world covering a total of 38 time zones. At 12 o'clock, a counter displays 1/20th-second increments, while the sub-dial at 6 o'clock shows 12 hours and 60 minutes in chronograph mode. When the chronograph is not running, it displays a second time zone - the hallmark of Dual Time technology - and an A/P indicator at 4 o'clock distinguishes AM/PM. The sub-dial at 9 o'clock simultaneously shows the charge level, the day of the week, signal reception, and airplane mode. Finally, Seiko signs its name at 3 o'clock, with a date window positioned between 4 and 5 o'clock.
This timepiece is powered by a GPS solar movement of Japanese origin - specifically the Seiko caliber 5X83, which drives the hands, date window, and counters with outstanding reliability. This next-generation caliber delivers the highest performance in Astron's history. It features 10 jewels and beats at a frequency of 32,768 vibrations per hour. The movement offers a power reserve of approximately 6 months at full charge and around 2 years in energy-saving mode, with an accuracy of ±15 seconds per month.
This stunning bracelet is crafted from scratch-resistant titanium, with its silver tone and brushed finish making it all the more attractive. It features sturdy yet comfortable links, a lug width of 14 mm, and secures easily with a single push-button deployment clasp.
This watch offers a water resistance of 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters. Yes, this is a genuinely water-resistant timepiece! Its fun, sporty style means it's ready to dive right into any aquatic adventure with you. From puddles to the pool, this watch will handle splashes without complaint. Showering, bathing, and swimming? No problem. That said, our watchmaking experts note that while this model is water-resistant, it is not suitable for diving (recreational or professional) and should be kept away from high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend avoiding operating the crown or pushers while the watch is submerged.
