The Watch
A reissue of a true icon, Hamilton marks the 50th anniversary of its Pulsar watch with this new digital model that stays faithful to the original's spirit. The Swiss brand was actually a pioneer of digital timekeeping - its 1970 Hamilton Pulsar launch was embraced by the biggest names in Western culture. Today, the PSR Digital Quartz from the American Classic collection features a stainless steel barrel-shaped case with generous proportions: 40.8 mm long, 34.7 mm wide, and 13.3 mm thick. This versatile case looks equally sharp on men's and women's wrists. The pushbutton that illuminates the screen is positioned at 3 o'clock. Quality is dialed in with a slightly domed, anti-reflective sapphire crystal that protects the LCD screen for the long haul. The case offers a water resistance of 10 ATM.

The Dial
True to the original, the dial features a black background on which the time is displayed in digital format. The LCD screen - a low-power flat-panel display widely used in today's electronics - is finished with OLED (organic light-emitting diode) technology for luminous readability. The iconic red display is preserved, a nod to 1970s aesthetics. Hours and minutes read clearly at a glance.
