The Watch

With its angular dial and beveled edges, this standout piece from the AM2 collection wears its '70s inspiration loud and proud. Its distinctive square case in 316L steel, 36mm in diameter and 11.32mm thick, is topped with a beveled K1 mineral crystal with anti-reflective treatment. That pursuit of refinement shows in the precisely engraved crown at 4 o'clock and a screw-secured case back - both hallmarks of this French watchmaking house's DNA. The Dial

The square dial is what gives this AM2 its full character. Its vertical brushed finish over a deep, refined green is accentuated by silver elements defining the hours and minutes. Large baton indexes mark the hours, while a finely inscribed minute track traces the minutes around the dial. In place of the 3 o'clock baton index, a rectangular day-date window personalized exclusively for the brand. The hour and minute hands, centered in the dial, reveal their luminescent quality at night, while the seconds hand distinguishes itself by day with its slender precision. Above this trio, the French house's delicate silver logo completes the look.

The Movement

At the heart of this soon-to-be-yours timepiece is a Swiss quartz movement: the Powertech RONDA 517. With a 45-month battery life, it displays not only hours, minutes, and seconds, but also the date and day of the week via its window.

The Strap

With a 22mm lug width, this strap in genuine black buffalo leather, delicately perforated for a sporty feel, is lined inside with a deep green. A steel pin buckle secures the strap firmly around your wrist. This AM2 strap is also available in even more precious materials: brown buffalo, alligator, and steel.

Water Resistance

Ocarat brings you a genuinely "water-resistant" piece: rated at 10 atmospheres - 100 meters. Your new wrist companion is ready for most everyday and water activities - showers, baths, you name it - though diving is strictly off the table. Our watch team also recommends keeping the crown and all pushers clear of water during aquatic use to protect the movement.
