The Watch

JDM Military is a Swiss brand producing unparalleled timepieces with military-inspired designs. Beautifully conceived with refined finishing, it arrives in a round case with a 40 mm diameter, featuring clean lines and a meticulous brushed finish that highlights its silver-tone color. Crafted from stainless steel, it offers robustness, durability, and a pleasant wrist feel. The case is topped by a flat sapphire crystal that shields the dial from scratches. Lug protectors guard the ridged crown at 3 o'clock, used for setting the hands and date. Finally, a water resistance of 10 ATM is ensured by the screw-down caseback.

The Dial

The dial is designed to be clean, understated, and eye-catching all at once. Its bold shape, fine details, and thoughtful layout are in perfect harmony with its black color. With a sunray finish, the dial features silver-tone markers for ideal contrast and crisp readability. These are rendered as Arabic numerals pointed to by sword-style hands and a slim seconds hand. Night-time legibility is ensured by the luminescent coating on the hour and minute hands as well as on the small indexes paired with the minute track. At 3 o'clock, the Arabic numeral is replaced by a date window with a white background for a clear read of the day of the month, and at 12 o'clock sits the iconic Swiss cross alongside the brand's signature. Rounding out the dial, inscriptions and the "Swiss Made" mention appear at 6 o'clock.

The Movement

This model is powered by a reliable and high-performance Swiss quartz movement. The Ronda 515 caliber features a ruby and operates with a precision of -10/+20 seconds per month. It is powered by a 371 battery with an autonomy of approximately 4 years. This movement provides hours, minutes, seconds, and date functions.

The Strap

Built to last, the bracelet of this watch also enhances the aesthetic of the case. Crafted from stainless steel, it features three rows of links finished with a deployment clasp. Comfortable to wear, it measures 20 mm wide at the lug and showcases an attractive alternation of brushed and polished finishes.

Water Resistance

With a water resistance of 100 meters, or 10 ATM in watchmaking terms, this bold timepiece is equally at home at black-tie events and in the water. Take it into the shower, the bath, or the pool - even for an intense swim session.
