Its round case is crafted from stainless steel with a beautiful satin finish that highlights its silver tone, lending it a refined, understated elegance. The case measures 38.50 mm in diameter and 15 mm in thickness, weighing 75 g, ensuring a comfortable, pleasant fit on any wrist size. At 3 o'clock, you'll notice a screw-down crown with a domed top and knurled edges, fitted with a crown protector to prevent accidental adjustments when setting the hands or operating the counters. It is flanked by two pushers that allow you to start, stop, and reset the chronograph at any time. The dial remains fully protected against shocks and daily wear thanks to the sapphire crystal above it. Before being delicately polished, the crystal underwent a meticulous lapping process using a solid element measuring approximately 5 mm in thickness with five different radii of curvature, delivering an unmatched result. Its elegant domed shape gives the watch a more vintage feel and beautifully showcases the dial. It features an anti-reflective coating on both sides, ensuring excellent legibility from every angle. On the caseback, a transparent sapphire crystal window with anti-reflective treatment reveals the movement's inner workings and allows you to read the limited edition number engraved on the rotor. The caseback is screwed down, giving the watch a water resistance of 10 bar.

The Dial

With a bi-compax layout, this elegant galvanized dial of round shape captivates with its refined aesthetics. It adds a sophisticated, delicate touch to the watch, enhancing its classic appeal. Its anthracite-colored base features a matte finish and is elevated by white hour markers for clear, fluid time reading. Two gray "syringe-type" hands sweep across marking the hours and minutes. Rhodium-plated, they feature a luminescent coating in white, ensuring comfortable time reading even in the dark. This treatment is also applied to the slender gray hand with a diamond-shaped tip that tracks the chronograph seconds. Additionally, two subdials with gray backgrounds and black hands are positioned at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock, providing the 30-minute counter and small seconds functions respectively. The perimeter features a finely detailed minute track graduated in 1/5th increments with white marks and Arabic numerals every five minutes. This surrounds luminescent white Arabic hour indices for quick time reading, even in low light. For an authentic touch, the brand signs the dial of this special edition with its name in relief at 12 o'clock, along with the mention "Flieger Klassik" at 6 o'clock and the "Made in Germany" label just below.

The Movement

This watch is powered by a highly qualified and high-performance mechanical movement delivering a power reserve of 56 hours, ensuring smooth, reliable operation of its hands and counters. Beating at a frequency of 4 Hz, or 28,800 vibrations per hour, it is specifically the SW510 caliber, offering precise and dependable reading of hours, minutes, seconds, and all chronograph functions. Manufactured in Switzerland by Sellita and equipped with a stop-seconds device, this 27-jewel movement is both antimagnetic and shock-resistant thanks to its Incabloc system.

The Strap

Shipped in an elegant Sinn box, this special edition comes with two nubuck straps that let you effortlessly switch between refined looks, day or night. Made in Germany with a lug width of 20 mm, the straps are easily interchangeable thanks to the included strap-changing tool and spring bars. Crafted from wild boar leather and stitched along both edges for a timeless feel, the first strap showcases a handsome sand color while the second complements the dial with a rich dark gray finish. Both are comfortable and versatile for any occasion, secured around your wrist with a stainless steel pin buckle bearing the brand name.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters. That's a genuinely water-resistant watch! Ready to dive into aquatic adventures with you - from puddles to the pool, this timepiece handles splashes and swims without complaint. Showers, baths, and lap swimming? No problem. That said, our Ocarat watch experts want you to know that while this model is water-resistant, it is not suited for diving (professional or recreational) and should be kept away from high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend keeping the crown and pushers out of use while submerged.
